Tangerine Haven on Yas Island

Positive: The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed Negative: the parking situation was confusing. It was listed as free, but when we arrived there was a sign stating it wasn’t. The host told us we wouldn’t need to pay because there was a spot reserved for the apartment, but when we returned the car we were charged for parking as part of the Salik fee. We also faced an issue for two days in a row: every time we came back, someone else had taken our parking spot, and we always had to call security to resolve it and wait until they gave us a temporary spot Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the apartment did not work during our stay.

Positive: Nothings

We liked the apartment very much. The forementioned issues stop it getting 10/10 Positive: Decor, aesthetics, bed & pillows very comfortable. The apartment was comfortable & pleasant. Negative: Host addressed most at the time. and we appreciate that he was very accommodating & most issues were sorted without argument. However, still no bowls also no tea towels & the smell in the bathroom was starting to come back. Also even with water switch on, water was luke warm last & 2nd last day so there may be an issue there for maintenance and you really need drawers in the bedroom.

Excellent experience with good value Positive: It’s clean and cozy. Negative: Just a minor issue, for long booking similar to what we had, I would recommend to have more towels, soap and basic tea and coffee if possible. But I highly recommend it for anyone.

Second to home. Positive: The ambiance feels like home. Cleanliness is superb. Security and parking is available. Negative: None..
