Worst experience ever! Avoid the property! Negative: When I arrived at the apartment in the evening, the apartment wasn't cleaned up properly, hair, dirt in the shower. Shopping folio bags from Spinneys instead of regular garbage bags. No vacuum, no kitchen towels, half roll of toilet paper. And no hot water. Contacted customer service and they responded that they are taking care. I followed up again in the afternoon saying that I'm going to check out next day and suddenly they said they will send housekeeping to clean. Second night no hot water, I took a shower at my friends house. I informed the customer service that I will submit an official complaint to booking.com and I'm moving to a hotel. The apartment responded that when booking.com contacts them they will refund but that's a lie. Instead of keeping the promise , they said that it's my fault because I should have cancelled my booking so they can put it on the market. Well , they sent me information that they cleaned the apartment on day 4 from check in. I checked in on Jan 1 and left early morning on Jan 3 to jot to get any disease from all the bacteria in the bathroom. Disgusting how they cheat clients.

It was truly a perfect cozy stay . Positive: We had such a lovely stay at this property. The room is exactly what you see on pictures , everything was perfect and of course super cozy . The kitchen was fully equipped and Ahmed provided us with streaming services . The property is a 5 min drive to Yas mall which was perfect as-well as having a grocery store in the actual complex which was extremely convenient.
